How can I get involved as a volunteer?

Volunteers can get involved with the Festival by participating as Class guides. Class guides lead a class around the campus making sure that they successfully get from activity to activity (activities are 30 minutes long and there is 10 minutes travel time between activities). Class guides volunteer for the entire event and are provided time to orient themselves to the campus before their class arrives.

Day-of Logistics

1. Arrive at the Festival before 7:45 a.m. Free designated parking on campus will be available to everyone. We will provide parking information closer to the day of the event.

2. Sign in at the Volunteer Registration table.

3. Attend the volunteer orientation at 8:00 a.m. and receive your final instructions.

4. Enjoy a free continental breakfast. Lunch will be provided too!

5. Explore the campus and route you will use to guide your class.

6. Have a fun-filled, educational day!
